최근 빅데이터(Big Data) 기술을 이용한 응용 서비스에 대한 수요가 늘어나면서 ITS(Intelligence Transportation System) 분야 역시 빅데이터 기술의 적용 사례가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 현재 전국 대부분의 도로에서 취득되는 교통정보는 일평균 수십GB가 넘지만, 이를 의미있게 활용하고 있지 못하고 있는 것이 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 ITS체계 내 VDS장비로부터 수집된 대용량의 교통정보에서 의미있는 정보를 창출하기 위해 교통정보분석 및 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문은 교통정보분석을 위한 도구로서 R을 이용하였으며, 실험을 통해 교통정보의 요일 시간대별 속도의 정규분포(Normal Distribution)와 교통정보간 상관관계(Correlation)를 제시하였다.

(English Abstract) |
Recently, demand for big data technologies is increasing in various application services. Likewise, ITS (Intelligence Transportation System) area is more and more adopting the big data technologies. The traffic information of the whole country roads is over the dozens of gigabytes, but it couldn't be applied very well. In this paper, we suggest traffic information analysis and model for creating meaningful values on large-scale traffic information which is measured by VDS devices. We use R for our experiment. As a result, we empirically present the normal distribution-ness of vehicle speed values on hourly and daily basis, and also analyze correlation relationship among traffic information parameters.
