(English Abstract)
Recently, demand for big data technologies is increasing in various application services. Likewise, ITS (Intelligence Transportation System) area is more and more adopting the big data technologies. The traffic information of the whole country roads is over the dozens of gigabytes, but it couldn't be applied very well. In this paper, we suggest traffic information analysis and model for creating meaningful values on large-scale traffic information which is measured by VDS devices. We use R for our experiment. As a result, we empirically present the normal distribution-ness of vehicle speed values on hourly and daily basis, and also analyze correlation relationship among traffic information parameters.
